Timothy Scaggs Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Timothy L. Scaggs of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of Ronald Omer Scaggs of Roanoke, Virginia and the late Shelba Delores Hartman Scaggs, was born on Monday, September 21, 1959 in Washington, DC and departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at his friend's home in Campbellsville. He was 66 years of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Separate Baptist Church. He worked as a laborer of Wildcat Gas Company and volunteered for many ministries including: Toys for Tots, Blessings of Hope Chairty, In His Hands Ministry, and Gods Wheels Charity. He was also a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association – Campbellsville Chapter and the CKWP group.
Besides his father, he is also survived by his wife: Judy Lynn Rickman Scaggs of Campbellsville, having united in marriage of July 3, 2015.
Other survivors include a daughter: Chasity Dawn Scaggs of North Carolina; a son: Timothy Aaron Omer Scaggs of Campbellsville; three grandchildren; his stepmother and stepfather: Marilyn and Jim Howard of North Carolina; four brothers: Randy Scaggs, Ron Scaggs, Jeff Hartman, Doug Stanley, Jr. all of Virginia; three sisters: Ilona Todd, Ginger Stewart both of Virginia, Kimberly Edmisten of Montana; a brother in Christ: James Everett Shuffett of Greensburg; and fur babies: Baxter and Shadow.

Honoring his wishes cremation was chosen.
A Celebration of Life for Timothy Skaggs will be conducted at 5:00 P.M., Central Time, Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at the Liberty Separate Baptist Church. Bro. Stephen Stilts and Bro. Jim Collison officiating.
Visitation is requested after 4:00 P.M., Central Time, Tuesday at the church until time of the service.
Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gods Wheels Charity which can be made at the church or the funeral home.
