O B I T U A R Y

Danny Kay Bennett of Milford, Ohio, son of the late Arnold Earl Bennett and Alene Whittle Bennett, was born on Tuesday, December 16, 1947 in Monticello, Kentucky and departed this life on September 10, 2025 in Lexington. He was 77 years, 8 months, and 25 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Kosair Shriners for 55 years. He worked in trucking and manufacturing management.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law: Joel and Suzanne Bennett of Lexington, formerly of Greensburg; nieces and a nephew: Dr. Hannah Bennett and Paul Oliva of Lexington; Daniel and Kiley Bennett of Lexington, Lydia Bennett of Nashville; three great-nieces: Harper Bennett, Lavender Oliva, Marigold Oliva all of Lexington; two great-nephews: Micah O. Bennett of Lexington, Stuart Bratton of Louisville.

The funeral services for Danny Kay Bennett will be conducted at 3 P.M., EASTERN TIME, Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Parmleys Grove Baptist Church in Monticello with burial to follow in Parmleys Grove Cemetery.

Visitation is requested after 1 P.M., EASTERN TIME, Sunday at the church until time of the funeral service.

Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Parmley Grove Baptist Church or the Parmley Grove Cemetery Fund which can be made at the church or the funeral home.
