Timothy "Tim" Sleigh

Timothy Sleigh, 43, of Niceville, Florida, passed away on November 13, 2025. He was born on December 5, 1981. Tim graduated from Niceville High School. During those years, he found joy and lifelong friendships in the marching band, playing the drums with heart and enthusiasm.

After high school, Tim pursued his passion for food at culinary school and went on to build a career as a chef. Whether in a professional kitchen or cooking for the people he loved, Tim expressed himself through his food. Music remained a constant thread throughout his life, and he cherished his friendships with the members of the local band Heritage.

Tim is survived by his mother, Nancy Sleigh; his brother, Robert Sleigh (Kristy); and his beloved nieces and nephews: Josslynn, Natalie, Ethan, Darian, and Abigail. He is also survived by his aunt, Gail Mulligan (Michael), and uncle, Leonard McElhose (Diane). He was preceded in death by his father, William Sleigh.

Tim will be remembered for his creativity, kindness, and the warmth he shared through music and cooking. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast for the wonderful care Tim received there. The staff's kindness and attention were incredible.

A memorial Service will be held for him on his Birthday, on December 5, 2025, at Crosspoint Church in Niceville at 1:00 PM.
