Tim was born on July 23, 1953 to the late Howard C. and Catherine B. Smith of Norfolk, CT.
He graduated from Wamogo High School in Litchfield, CT in 1972 and ran his own business mowing fields and cutting hay for the residents of Norfolk until he suffered a traumatic brain injury in 1995.
Tim is survived by his brother, Philip M. Smith and Philip's wife, Carol, of Warren, CT. He was predeceased by his brother, Howard Smith Jr.
A private graveside service will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family.
