Tim attended Edgewood Elementary School and Ridley High School and was also a coach for his daughter's Ridley United soccer team. He was employed as a Journeyman for the Philadelphia Carpenters Union Local #255. Tim was an avid Eagles fan, and the most important piece of his life was his family, especially his cherished children.
He was the loving fiance' of Chriss Mozzoni, devoted father of Emma and Everlee Sweeney and proud step-father of Noah Panco. Son of Joey Marie DiDomizio Sweeney and Christian Sweeney, grandson of Jack Sweeney, brother of Tyler Anne Sweeney and Conner J. Sweeney (Kristen), uncle of Estella and is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Funeral Liturgy will be held at 5 PM on Friday, May 9, 2025 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 4 PM.
Memorial gifts to Uplift Center for Grieving Children, 1819 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 460, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
