Timothy Paul Taylor, 54, Newburgh, Indiana, formerly of Ellettsville, passed from his earthly life on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, after an extended illness while vacationing in Florida with his parents. He was born November 19, 1968, in Bloomington, Indiana to James E. and Charlene (Caldwell) Taylor.
Tim was Edgewood High School graduate with the Class of 1988 and received his bachelor's degree from USI College in Evansville, Indiana. He had a love for art, music, theater, and travel. He was employed as a writer for Independent Christian films.
He attended Mt. Pleasant Christian Church in Gosport, Indiana, and was member of Music Warehouse Indiana Film Makers Network. He also produced and directed Christian films. Tim had a love for nature, God, family, and friends.
He leaves behind a host of loving family included his parents, James E. and Charlene Taylor of Newburgh, Indiana; brothers, Michael Allen Taylor (wife, Michelle) of Bloomington, Indiana, and James Bradley Taylor (companion, Shay Hudson) of Pensacola, Florida; companion, Helga Lins of Brazil; nephews, Dylan Taylor of Bloomington and Mason Taylor of Pensacola, Florida; nieces, Abbey Taylor of Bloomington, Indiana and Savanna Taylor of Pensacola, Florida and several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lois Scott and Bill Caldwell and Paul E. and Iva Lee Taylor, cousin, Scotty Caldwell and uncle, Charles Caldwell.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, from 12:00-2:00 pm at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church, 3100 Burma Rd., Gosport, Indiana. A service celebrating Tim's life begin at 2:00 pm immediately following visitation at the church. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made on-line to the Kidney Foundation, American Heart Association and or to Mt. Pleasant Christian Church3100 Burma Rd., Gosport, Indiana 47433.
