Timothy Dennis Walrack

Mineral Point - Timothy Dennis Walrack, age 58, of Mineral Point, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Tim was born on September 9, 1967, in Dodgeville, WI, to Dennis Walrack and Sharon Jorgenson and spent a majority of his life in the Mineral Point area. He graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1985 and went on to graduate from technical college in Jackson, MN, with a degree in electric motor rewind. He worked as an electrician for 37 years, including time with multiple companies and a period of owning his own business.

Tim was an avid lover of the outdoors and working with his hands. He spent many hours hunting on family land and working on tractors, racecars, and trucks on the family farm. He also had a green thumb with which he grew vegetables each summer in his garden. Tim loved to use what he grew to cook delicious meals for his family and can jars of salsa and tomatoes. Tim shared his love for the outdoors with his two girls from a young age – building them a tree house, teaching them how to shoot, and four-wheeling with them on the trails. He will be remembered for his quick-witted humor and his ability to fix anything.

Tim is survived by his two daughters, Stephanie (Colten) Tuescher and Megan (Jared) Cashman; his granddaughters, Lylah and Blake Tuescher and Alayah Cashman; his parents, Dennis (Mary) Walrack and Sharon (Steve) Jorgenson; his brother, Jason Walrack; the mother of his children, Sharon Miller; his grandmother, Mary Jane Rideout; and his aunts, uncles, niece, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leroy Rideout, and grandparents, Riley and LaVina Walrack.

Honoring Tim's wishes, there will be no formal service. Instead, a celebration of life will be held at the QUALITY INN in Mineral Point on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mineral Point Fire Department in Tim's memory.

Tim's life will be celebrated through the stories, laughter, and memories shared by those who knew him best.
