Timothy Joe "Jo Jo" Watts, 57 of Harts, WV, departed this life on March 29, 2025, at his residence.
He was born September 22, 1967, in Hamlin, WV, the son of Grace Watts and the late Wayne Watts.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Stella Watts and Wootson and Blanche Thompson.
Jo Jo enjoyed enjoyed being outdoors and with his family. He was an avid hunter and fisher.
Those left to cherish his memory include three daughters, Ashley (Travis) McNeely, Hannah Watts, and Tiffani Goodman (Daniel); one sister, Angel Watts; three brothers, Wes Watts, Bill (Rachel) Watts, and John (Amanda) Watts; two grandchildren, Alexander Thor McNeely and Zachery Blaze McNeely; many neices and nephews, Bryan Johnson, David Watts, Gracie Watts, Michael Watts, Devin Watts, Chase Watts, John Mason Watts, Jesse Watts, Michael Andrew Thompson, and Katlyn Bradley; and good friends, Michael Workman, Arvis Gore, and Duck Moore.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the Freeman Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 1:00PM, April 8, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home with Eric "Tubby" Rakes officiating. Burial will follow at the Thompson Branch Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Watts, Michael Workman, Michael Watts, Chase Watts, Michael Workman, John Brumfield, and Arvis Gore.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Devin Watts, Jesse Kelley, Roy Mann, and Mason Watts.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
