Timothy was born on March 21st, 1957 and passed away on
April 6th, 2025 at the age of 68
Timothy A. Welch, age 68 of Salem, passed away at his home on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
Tim was born on March 21, 1957 in Centralia, the son of William "Bill" and Carol (Bronson) Welch. He married Tricia Driskill on November 22, 1986 in Salem and she survives.
In addition to his wife of 38 years; he is survived by his son, Travis Welch and wife Alyssa of Terre Haute, IN; daughter, Taylor Welch and wife Lauren Edwards of St. Petersburg, FL; grandchildren, Linkin, Maddox, and Hendrix; sisters, Kathy Mordini and husband Perry, Julie Ivanuck and husband Dan, and Debbie Baumann and husband Bruce; several nieces and nephews; his good friends, Bob and Vicki LoGrasso; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeanie Driskill Hawthorne, Pat Driskill, Jamie Driskill and wife Carolyn, Melissa Dyson and husband Allen, Mary Ellen Beckham and husband Mike, and Norma Ehrhardt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a nephew, Jeremy; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Myrtle and Ira Driskill; and a sister-in-law, Crystal Driskill.
Tim worked as a lab technician at Salem Township Hospital for the last 15 years. He enjoyed watching motocross, listening to music, watching sports, riding his Harley, but most of all he cherished the time he spent with his grandkids.
A Celebration of Life for Timothy A. Welch will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem with Steve Fox officiating. A time of visitation will be held from Noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made towards a fund for his grandchildren's education, with checks made payable to Tricia Welch and can be received at the funeral home.
