I just found out about Timmy's passing and it breaks my heart.

I knew Timmy from back in the 70's when my family and I lived on Overbook Rd., off of Edmondson Ave., just southwest from the Whittington residence.

Timmy was one of those guys that was always kind and talkative to me. I will always cherish that memory of him.

My only regret was not staying in touch with him over the years.

My sincere condolences and prayers for the Whittington family, and may God give you peace at this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Timmy

Tim was a good friend for 40 plus years. These last 2 years I had the privilege of spending more time with him. In spite of being sick, he reached out and gave to those in need without looking for acknowledgment or accolades. Tim was a kind soul with a deep love and faith in God. I will truly miss him as he was one of my very few good trustworthy friends. There is a void in my life but I know he is in a better place now and not suffering.
