Timothy Wright Obituary
Timothy ‘Brent” Wright, 69, of New Castle passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026. He was born on December 14, 1956, in New Castle to the late Thomas and Jerry (Tinkle) Wright.
Brent was kindhearted and loved spending time with his nieces and nephews; they called him the “Fun Uncle”. He enjoyed fishing, working on washers and dryers and watching Purdue Basketball. He had previously worked at Chrysler and was an Electrician apprentice.
He is survived by his siblings, Bruce Wright, Brian (Sheila) Wright, Lynn Wright and Marla (Ronnie) Beach; special cousin, Debra Duvendeck; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents Brent is preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil and Fern Tinkle, Fred and Bonnie Wright; sister-in-law, Carolinda Wright.
A Celebration of Brent’s life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.
