Tina Barnard Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Glencoe-Hokes Bluff Funeral Home and Cemetery on Nov. 30, 2025.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Victory Bible Church in Albertville, 140 Saratoga Street 35950, for Tina Lee Barnard, 66, of Rainbow City. Pastor Mike Gaskin will officiate.
Tina was born on January 5, 1959 and made her journey to Heaven on Saturday, November 29, 2025 to be reunited with her loved ones waiting on her. She was of the Baptist Faith. Tina was a 1977 graduate of Southside High School. She dedicated her life to her family, being a caretaker to her mother, a devoted mother to her children and any of their friends that called her "Mama." Her greatest joy was raising her grandchildren. She loved naps with her cats, making Tik Tok Videos, her four-legged grandchildren, bon fires, sitting on the porch and a good gospel singing.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 25 years, Allen Barnard, her grandparents, George David and Birdie Tate and Chester and Lillie Loyd, her parents, Earl and Ernestine Tate, her brother and best friend, Tim Tate, special cousin, Donna Mershon and her chosen son, William Woodruff.
Left to cherish the memory of Tina are her husband, Darryl Foster, children, Kristy and John Parris, Stacey and Tavaris Smith, Alexandra Foster and Blake Nicholas, grandchildren Kaitlyn Kerr and Zak Kimmerling, Tavaris Smith, Zayden Nicholas, and chosen grandson Kameron Thompson, siblings, Brenda and Marty Fuller, Mary Ann Thacker, and Johnna Jenkins, nieces and nephews Cory and Haley Fuller, Zac and Jake Mizell and Matthew and Maddie Tate, great niece and nephew Collins and Henry Fuller, special cousins Becky and Jacky Austin, her chosen family, the Smith family from Moss Point, Mississippi, lifelong friends Carol Garrison and Janice Clark, chosen children, Kelli Cason, Amanda Carroll, Tiffany Champion and Haven Seale and a host of extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Advantage EMS for their compassion and care when transporting their mother.
Her memory will forever be treasured by those who loved her.
John 14:1-4
