Tina Husson Obituary

Born in York on October 6, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Wallace H. and Maryanna (Husson) Wert, Jr. Tina graduated from Dallastown High School with the Class of 1983. She then went on to serve in the U.S. Army and made the military her career. After she retired from the Army, she worked for the VA Medical Center for ten years. Tina enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, her bulldogs, and going to the Legion and VFW.
She is survived by her sisters: Rae wife of Raymond Tulley of Lafayette, TN, and Rhonda wife of Carl "Butch" Getz of Charleroi, PA; niece Ruthann Missimer, nephews: Christopher Zinc, Edward Zinc and Edwin Heck; great niece Kylee Missimer; and great nephew Jason Missimer, Jr.
Inurnment with military honors will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

The little girl with the big smile . My deepest sympathies to friends and family of Tina. Seeing her photo now is exactly how I remember her from Dallas town.

A soldier has passed away today. Tina, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. The final battle is now over and peace has been restored. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.

My wife and I shared many great times with Tina at R Field & Stream located in Lebanon. She was a wonderful person! She will be missed!

Tina was a great friend, she was my running buddy while we were stationed in Wiesbaden Germany, we ran the Berlin marathon together and others little runs, she will be missed by me and many of her friends, Rest in Peace my dear friend, your old buddy, SGT Rios
