She was born on June 4, 1978, in Germany, the daughter of Otha and Karin (Josef) Toliver. Tina grew up in the Manhattan area and graduated from Manhattan High School with the class of 1996. After high school she joined the United States Air Force. She served in the Air Force for over 23 years until her retirement. After her retirement she settled in the San Antonio area.
Tina enjoyed the outdoors and being active. She liked to go skiing, listen to music and watch videos with her daughter. She loved cats and having them as pets in her home. Tina was preceded in death by her sister, Jessica Toliver.
She is survived by her daughter Gabriella, her parents Otha and Karin (Josef) Toliver, and her many other family members and friends.
