Funeral services for Mr. Wilburn "Boochie" Eldon George, age 94, will be held at 10 AM on Friday, August 8, 2025 in the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. George, retired from the Brown Shoe Company and the National Guard, part owner of Trenton Auto Salvage, a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025 in the Trenton Health and Rehab.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Hugh George, Jody George and Donnie George.
Mr. George is survived by his wife, Betty Sue George; a daughter, Jennifer Barron; and two sisters, Jewell Hardaway and Barbara Sue Keene.

My condolences to the family. I vaguely remember "Boochie" and visiting his home when I was young. We picked Gooseberries! I am a cousin, (Charlie Inman's, Brenda) and now live in North Carolina. You all are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
