Todd Allen Corn (57) of Logansport, went to be with his Lord and Savior, surrounded by his family at home, at 1:00 am on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.

Herbert Lee and Betty Lou (Showley) Corn welcomed Todd into the world on November 14,1966, in Rochester, IN. Todd married his high school sweetheart, Rhonda Lynn Baldwin, on July 23, 1988, in Logansport.

A veteran of the United States Air Force, Todd proudly served his country for nine years; including a deployment in Operation Desert Storm. Todd then began a career through Tate and Lyle Manufacturing of Lafayette, where he ended that career as a Technical Training Manager.

Todd enjoyed camping all over the United States with family, hiking at state and national parks, making meals over an open fire, golfing, taking his grandchildren on golf cart rides, playing ‘cars’ with his grandson, and smoking meat with his son-in-law. Todd enjoyed praising God at Pisgah Church and volunteering at The Ark Christian Ministries camps. Consistent with his unwavering support of his daughters, Todd loved cheering them on at every sporting event they were involved in; including 20 years of Pioneer volleyball games.

Todd was a devoted husband, proud father, and fun grandfather. An attentive listener, leaving a conversation with Todd made you feel safe, heard, and understood. He was a lover of a good competitive game of croquet, corn hole, or Euchre (you knew the game was getting serious when his ball cap moved from front facing to backward facing). Todd would tell you time best spent was with friends and family talking around a campfire. He kept those around him laughing with his humor and good-natured jokes. Todd was patient, hard working, and full to the brim with knowledge gained throughout his life because, “Dads know some things.”

Todd loved his family; making it a point to tell them regularly, both in words and in actions. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 36 years, Rhonda, and his three daughters, Chelsea (Peter) Book, Cassidy (John) Rance, and Kennedy Corn. Father, Herbert Corn, and siblings, Tammy (Ron) Wintczak, Troy (Lesley) Corn, and Tim (Julie) Corn. Todd’s greatest joy were his grandchildren: Savannah Rance, Maverick Rance, Vivian Book, and a granddaughter on the way.

Todd was met at Heaven’s Gate by his mother, Betty Lou Corn.

Per Todd’s wishes, there will be no services. The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.

In honor of Todd’s passion for food security for all and youth ministries, memorial contributions may be made to the Emmaus Mission Food Pantry, 19 W. Richardville Street, Logansport, IN 46947 or The Ark Christian Ministries, 3522 N 1000 W 27, Converse, IN 46919.
