He is survived by his brother, Christian (Kasia); step niece, Vernonica.
Mass of Christian Burial for Todd, and his father, Lynn will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11AM at St Fredrick's Catholic Church. Visitation will be one-hour prior to the Mass. Burial will be in St. Frederick's Catholic Cemetery.
