He worked for Southern State Utilities in Deltona in 1989, and through the years of acquisitions, maintained his place at the water department for the remainder of his life.
Todd is survived by his former wife, Donna Hanks, their 2 sons, Brian Healy and Christopher Healy, and his sister Lynn Healy.
A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Center at Deltona, 1640 Dr. M.L.K. Blvd, Deltona, Fl 32725. The family will start greeting friends at 5:00 PM, the service will begin at 6:00 PM.

It was a great being able to work with Todd over these many years from the Florida Water days and into the City of Deltona days. He taught me a lot when I first started working in Deltona. We worked through a lot of tough times over the years. I will miss Todd dearly as he was a very important part of our work family here in Deltona. We will miss you big guy.

My heart was broken when I received the call that Todd had passed. We worked for years at the city together and became a family. It was like losing a brother. Our kids were the same ages so we shared so many stories together and we spent more time there then we did with our own families most days. I'll miss our holiday, birthday, and check in texts. He loved office gossip and he was happy we could talk about one of his favorite things...wrestling. He loved his WWE Subscription I insisted he have for the last bday present before I moved. I'll miss you my friend, my family. And I know you'll truly, truly miss your boys, your proudest accomplishments. Til we meet again. Love ya!

have been overwhelmed of how many amazing memories we shared. You Todd, we´re the big baseball player back in high school. So much of my Glory Days we´re spent with you my friend. I always thought about you, and I still will my friend. Thank you for being a big part of my life. I love you Todd.
