Todd is survived by his mother, Shirley (Weiss) Wheeler, and by his stepfather, David Garrity; along with his brothers, Thomas Wheeler and his wife, Susan, of Wilkes-Barre; and Timothy Wheeler and his wife, Gail, of Wilkes-Barre. He was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by his nephew and nieces, and by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
