Tom L. “Tuck” Beegle Jr., 86, of Altoona, formerly of Bedford, died on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Graystone Manor Bellmeade. He was born on March 5, 1939 in Bedford, a son of the late Tom L. Beegle Sr. and Vera Mae (Dishong) Beegle. He is survived by two daughters: Autumn Weyant and husband Travis of Osterburg, and Heather Grice and husband Ricky of Pittsburgh; and four grandchildren: Morgan and Addison Weyant, Maggie Sunday, and Max Grice. He was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Mae Wertz.
Tuck graduated from Bedford High School, class of 1957 and served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a machinist at Kennametal and retired after 43 years. He was a former member of the Bedford Elks Lodge #1707, and enjoyed surf fishing at the beach and golfing.
