Tome Rasi Obituary

Tome Rasi passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loved ones on November 1, 2025, at the age of 81. Beloved son of Nikolle and Zoje, husband to Prena; and devoted father of Zef (Belinda), Aferdita (Prenush), Shpresa (Tom), and Jane. Tome also welcomed into his heart his first-born daughter Gjyle, who passed away as an infant. He leaves a warm and enduring legacy of love and grace. He was a proud grandfather to Alban, Kristiana, Gjon, Izabela (Gray), Eva, Sofia, Aleksander, Daniella and Elizabeth, whose lives he enriched with his kindness and care.
Tome cherished his role as brother to Pjeter and to his late siblings Lush, Nreca and Tonja. In every season of life he lived with integrity, compassion, and generosity, always present, always giving, always home in heart.
Though his time with us has passed, his legacy lives on: a light of hope, a spirit of faith, and a home built on love. May his memory be a blessing to us all and may he rest in eternal peace.
Visitation Wednesday from 2-8pm at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons Inc., (Shelby Township), 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. Funeral Thursday Instate from 9:30am until time of 10am Mass at St. Paul Albanian Catholic Church, 525 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
