Tommy Moon Obituary
A son of the late Joseph Lee Moon and Ruby Gene Halford Moon, he was born October 22, 1960, in Leesburg, Florida, having lived most of his life in Stephens County. He had his own lawn care business for many years, loved being outdoors and enjoyed walking. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Fuller Moon.
He is survived by two daughters, Donna Moon and Ruby Moon; two sons, T.J. Moon and Daryl Moon; brother, Tony Moon; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private family burial was held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Toccoa City Cemetery.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Tommy Joe Moon.
