He was preceded in death by: Father, Mr. Roy Winkles; Grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Ruff.
He is survived by; Daughter, Miss Breana Parker and Miss Chaice Parker; Mother, Mrs. Joyce Winkles; Brother, Mr. Darron Winkles (Rebecca); Niece Kelly Bray; Nephew, D.J. Winkles.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023, 2:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home.
Visitation for Mr. Parker will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023, 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home.
