Tommy Lee Tucker, Jr., 62 of Brooklyn passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. Tommy's family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Spring Arbor Church of Nazarene, 8200 King Road, Spring Arbor, Michigan 49283. Pastor Lonny Bumgardner will officiate.
He was born on January 31, 1963 in Jackson, Michigan to Tommy and Marilyn (Lowry) Tucker Homminga. Tommy married, Brenda Boyce, on July 9, 1998, in Jackson, Michigan. He will be remembered as a very generous man, that would give you the shirt off his back expecting nothing in return. Tommy was a great father, loving husband and a good provider. He was very car savvy, and mechanically inclined. Tommy enjoyed taking things apart. He would "take broken toys and fix them". In his earlier years, he was an avid model car collector. Tommy spent many hours passing on his vast knowledge of cars to his children and his love for all animals, especially his cats. He attended every sporting event, even taking time off work if necessary. Tommy also enjoyed watching Pro Wrestling with his sons. He was a member of the Spring Arbor Church of Nazarene. Tommy will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
" I love my father, forever and always" Jacob
Tommy is survived by his wife of 26 years, Brenda; his children, William Tucker, Tommy Tucker, III, and Jacob Tucker; his mother, Marilyn Homminga; sisters, Dawn Wilkins and Darlene Alcorn; many nieces and nephews.
