TOMMYE LEE ROBERTS, a cherished member of the Dallas community, passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on November 8, 1941, Tommy embraced life with a loving and caring spirit, leaving behind a legacy of happiness and warmth that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Tommy was known for his unwavering devotion to his family, always prioritizing their needs and activities above all else. His family-oriented nature was an enduring trait, and he found pure joy in spending quality time with his loved ones. He had a vivacious personality that endeared him to many, and his laughter could light up even the dullest of days.
A passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Tommy celebrated his love for football by sharing spirited moment with friends and family while cheering on his favorite team. His enthusiasm was infectious, fostering a sense of camaraderie among fellow fans that extended beyond the game itself.
To honor Tommy's memory, a series of services are planned. A Viewing will be held on August 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, followed by a Prayer Service starting at 7:15 PM, both taking place at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. The Funeral Service is set for August 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church, also located in Dallas.
Tommy leaves behind a community that will deeply miss his presence. His loving nature, zest for life, and genuine kindness will remain in the hearts of those he touched, serving as a reminder of the beautiful spirit he embodied.
