Toni Poole, 59, of Saint Amant, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 30th, 2025, At The Carpenter House at St. Joseph Hospice.
Born on May 5th, 1966, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Joe and Shirley Prothro Poole. Toni had a life filled with adventure and Independence. She drove 18-wheelers and truly loved the open road.
Toni was preceded in death by her parents. Brother, Danny Poole. She is survived by her two daughters, Jenafer (Timon Sr.) Dillon of Saint Amant, LA, and Kristal (Keldric) Gross of Walker, LA. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Shaderrick “Quincy”, Dontae, McKenzye, Timon “T.J.” Jr., and Zain. Toni was also cherished by her nieces, and many dear family and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Per Toni’s wishes, she did not want a traditional funeral. Instead, she requested a “Celebration of her Life” in her honor. The date, time, and location of the celebration will be announced at a later time.

Toni loved life to the fullest - and she wouldn’t have had it any other way. Her voice filled every room, her presence commanded attention, and her love left an echo we will never forget. She never whispered her opinions, and she never lived halfway. The world is quieter without her, but her spirit will never fade away.
