Tony Amis Obituary
Tony was born in Hawkins County, TN, on April 7,1949, to his parents, the late Hugh and Willie Amis. Tony enjoyed being outdoors and hunting.
In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Amis and two sisters, Bobbie Jean Gardner and Nancy Ramey.
Tony is survived by his loving wife Diane Amis, son, Todd Amis; Stepsons Todd and Michael Davis; daughter, Rebecca Smith; grandchildren, Jacob Amis, Megan "May" Amis, Noah and Jonah Smith, Jett, and Gracie Davis; great grandson, Israel Wilson.
A visitation service will be held at Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Greg Fletcher officiating. Music will be provided by Brian Birchfield. A graveside service will follow at Church Hill Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Amis, Noah and Jonah Smith, Jett Davis, Marty Polson and Michael Davis.
