He was preceded in death by his mother, Margie Callahan Caraway and his brother, Jimmy Caraway.
He is survived by his dad: Robert O'Neal Caraway; children: Anthony Caraway, Jeremy Caraway, and April Caraway; sisters and a brother: Pattie Faulkner (Wade), Cheryl Fulghum (Steve), Barbara Caraway (Warren Storey), and Steven Caraway (Genny); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service is being planned and will be held at a later date.
