Tony Kevin Knight

Tony Kevin Knight, 64, of Scott Depot, WV, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on April 29, 2025. He was born on May 12, 1960, in Man, WV, to the late Sam and Violet Knight of Davin, WV.
You could take the boy out of Logan County, but you could never take the Logan County out of Tony. He carried his roots with him everywhere he went-with pride, humor, and heart.
Tony was a graduate of Marshall University and bled green and white-GO HERD! A true people person, Tony loved all things social. He found joy in bowling, golfing, working on projects, cooking, grilling, and cheering on his beloved son at soccer games or helping out on the field at Winfield High School.
He was the Energizer Bunny of the family-always on the go, always involved.
Tony was a man with a larger-than-life personality and an even bigger heart. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need without hesitation. Whether he was perfecting a new recipe or lighting up the backyard with a good cigar and conversation, he made everyday moments special.
Tony is survived by the love of his life, Susan Marion Knight; his children: Rachel Smith, Rebecca Mayle (Andrew), and his son, Trowa Knight. He was a proud and devoted "Poppa" to his precious grandchildren: Piper Gambrell, Everly Cline, Xavier Mullins, Brody Mayle, and Callum Mayle. He also leaves behind his beloved sisters, Belinda Brady (Tucker) and Tish Cline (Freddie), as well as a host of cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.
Let's not forget his two spoiled Golden Girls-Princess and Mimzie-who were never far from his side.
Funeral Service for Tony will be 6:00 pm Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Chapman Funeral Home Hurricane, WV with Pastor Shawn Cline officiating.
Friends may visit with the family an hour prior to the service.
