Norma was a force of nature. She was unapologetically truthful, kind, and one of the two strongest women I have ever met in my life. She taught me a lot, and for that I will be forever grateful to her.
Sam, Kyle and Jimmy, I am so sorry for your loss. May your grandmother's life always inspire you to push harder and never give up, even when times seem hard.

Norma was a highly regarded member of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard team. Everyone could count on her for help and guidance. She will be remembered; she will be missed.
