Minerva is going to miss her uncle Toño. She knows that you are watching over our family and that you're an angel. She made a picture of her uncle.

Thank you "Toño" for make watch Rick and Morty, we had good laughs. It was always a pleasure to play board games or discuss comics with you, of course drinking tequila. Cheers Toño

Tony, T-Dawg, friend, and brother. Whatever I write here will never carry the weight of how I feel about you. We've known each over for over 25 years. Together we have laughed, cried, and bled in the trenches at work, as well as in our homes. We have always had each other's back. I'm going to miss our debates over movies and the corner cases of board game rules. I love you, brother. Be at peace.

I have had the honor to be friends with Tony for the past 25 years. I will cherish the memories of the times I got to spend with him and his family. Playing volleyball and board games afterwards were some of the funnest times I've had.
I'll miss you Tony.

I first met Tony at the Yuma High School chess club, and we were pretty fast friends. He was a gentle soul who always was up for a game or a chat. I will treasure my time I had with him, whether it was a chess game, late night volleyball, a Zoom trivia night, or a Gloomhaven session with his bear. You will be greatly missed, my friend. - Skyler

I met Tony in 2005 when I began dating his best friend Kaonee. Tony was always sweet and welcoming and quickly became my friend as well. He was the best man at our wedding and to this day I remember his lovely speach. Our home is filled with pictures and mementos of Tony which we treasure. We spent holidays, birthdays, regular days, many late nights and good times talking, laughing and playing games. Tony was part of our family and is truly missed. We love you Owen's family and are here for you always. All our love, Amanda and Kaonee Shugart

My tears flow from the knowledge of how much pain Tony endured and how much pain his family is experiencing now but I consider Tony an extraordinarily fortunate man. He was blessed with unconditional love from the finest family that ever existed.
A family that shares their hearts without expectations or conditions and who were always there for him regardless of circumstance. Viewing the Owens family for all these years, as they have dealt with tragedy and blessings and never wavered in their love and support of each other, has provided me a window to view what unconditional love truly is.
I don´t pretend to be certain of what the afterlife is but I know that right now Tony´s mom, uncles and grandparents are there and providing him with more of that wonderful Owens love.
