Tracy G. Costin, 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022.
He was born on Friday, December 4, 1936, in Greencastle, Indiana to the late Theodore B. and Catherine K. (Darnell) Costin. He was raised in the country of Putnam County, Indiana and was a 1954 graduate of Stilesville High School. At the age of 18 he went to work for Navistar until his retirement. He was a huge Pacers basketball and IU basketball ball fan. He loved Bobby Knight.
Tracy is survived by his wife of almost 45 years, Rita A. (Cox) Costin, children, Cathy Costin Nevins and her husband Russell, David Costin and his wife Marsha, Brenda Costin Burdine, sister, Dian Costin, grandchildren, T. David Burdine, Crystal Burdine, and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Catherine and brother-in-law, Russell.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Stilesville Cemetery, Stilesville, Indiana.

Rita and family, I am so sorry to hear of Tracy´s passing. He was such a great cousin and friend to my dad, Ivan. I wish I would have told him how much I appreciated him keeping in touch with dad.
He was always so nice and friendly!!! You all are in my thoughts and prayers!
