Tracy Crespin age 38, a resident of Las Vegas NM passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025 at La Vida Buena following an extended illness.
She was born in Las Vegas NM, on May 27, 1986 to Ida Crespin and Joseph Garcia.
She enjoyed listening and dancing to different kinds of music. She also enjoyed cooking and was very good at it. She loved Dodge Ram Lifted Trucks and always wanted one of her own, Tracy also always wanted a child of her own and would always talk about it to her Family all the time, she also loved to listen to the song by BRELAND - My Truck, Tracy had an Idol whom she always talked about Marilyn Monroe, she also loved Jelly Rolls songs, Save Me and Need a Favor and was planning on attending his concert. Tracy also loved her Dog Hazel and would take her everywhere she went!
She attended Luna Community College and received her certificate in Early Childhood Education to work with her Aunt Maria Lupe Fernandez at Little Miracles Daycare for many years. She also worked at Super Save, The Plaza Hotel, and The Holiday Inn and was recently working at Elite Care with her uncle Larry. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas NM
She is preceded in death by her Mother Ida Crespin, Aunt Sadie Crespin, Grandparents Juan and Rose Crespin, Efren and George Garcia. Great Grandparents Hilario and Gregora Crespin, Pablo and Apolionita Ulibarri, Luisa and Justo Maes and Vitalia Garcia. Numerous Great Uncles, Aunts and Cousins, Step Brothers Leonard De Herrera Jr and Kevin De Herrera.
She is survived by her Father Joseph Garcia, Special Uncle Larry Crespin, Special Aunt / Nina Maria Lupe Fernandez (Manuel) Special Uncle Donald Maes, Special Uncle and Aunt Charlie and Janet Garcia who were there for her while she was in the hospital in Amarillo Texas, Step Father Leonard De Herrera Sr. and Step Mother Rose De Herrera. Two Step Sisters Yvonne and Kristine Encinias. Cousins Kalem Crespin, Ashley Fernandez, Larry Romero Jr, Dwight Mares and second special Cousin Amry Mares whom she loved to do make up and nails with numerous great Uncles, great Aunts, numerous Cousins and many Friends. Special Friend who she worked with and was there for her now that she needed her the most Debbie Bachicha. Special Cousins Rob and Jessica Tenorio who she also worked with. Thanks to La Vida Buena and Anvoi Compassionate Hospice Care. Also special thanks to Yvonne Gomez for being there and helping Tracy and us through this difficult time.
Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. and funeral mass will follow on June 4, 2025 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father Rob Yaksich, Cremation will take place after and burial of cremains will be at San Jose Cemetery at a later date, Tracy will be laid to rest with her Momma Ida Crespin. Pallbearers; Kalem Crespin, Dwight Mares, Larry Romero Jr, Charlie Garcia, Rob Tenorio, Alex Ulibarri, Rudy Valdez, Manuel Guerrero. Honorary Pallbearers: Army Mares, Anette Leyba. Reception will take place after services at the VFW Post 1547 on Mills Ave. Please join us Family and Friends.
