Tracy Duke Neas, 62 of Conway, AR, passed away on July 2, 2025. Tracy was born on December 2, 1962 to the late Herbert Neas of Wichita Falls, TX. He was a proud graduate of Vilonia High School and went on to earn a degree in electronics in Dallas, TX.

Tracy had a natural gift for working with his hands and loved building things from scratch. For over 25 years he worked as a laser operator at Browning’s Welding, where his skill and dedication earned the respect of his coworkers and customers alike.

Tracy’s favorite times were those spent with his family often helping them out by fixing the many things they “managed to break”, a task he embraced with patience, humor, and craftsmanship. His warmth and generosity left an impression on everyone who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Jean (John) Steinsiek, of Vilonia; sister, Tammy (Tommy) Browning, of Wooster; best friend, Mike Hazelip of Morrilton, AR; niece’s, Kayle (Aidan) Browning Conley of Greenbrier, Sara Steinsiek of Benton; nephew T.J. Steinsiek of New Mexico; great niece Cali Conley and 3 stepbrothers, Butch, Brad, and David Steinsiek.

Tracy will be remembered for his quite strength, his love for family, and his ability to fix just about anything, especially the hearts of those who loved him.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you honor Tracy’s memory by lending a helping hand to someone in need, just as he always did.
