Bill is survived by his Son; Johnathon Mitchell (Emily) of Conway, Daughter; Ashlee "Nikki" Mitchell of Russellville, his wife; Charlotte Mitchell of Vilonia, step-daughters and step-grandchildren, Sister; Patricia Willis (Kenneth) of Searcy, Nephew; Charles "CJ" Buchanan of Searcy, Niece; Hannah Siler (Hershel) of Searcy and Charity Jackson (Jamie) of Bradford along with many other great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Otis Sr. and Vivian and his Nephew William Alan Mitchell.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
