Travis Johnson Obituary
He was born and raised in Morristown, Tn. Attended Morristown West High School. He was on the track team and ran long distance. After graduation he went to UT for two years and then went to Florida to flight dispatch training. He was unable to finish his training due to government changes in the program.
He came back to Tennessee and was working for the past few years at Eagle Bend Manufacturing where he was a quality assurance inspector. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by Grandparents – Bruce Johnson, Richard Rumbold, Sue Rumbold; Uncle Mickey Johnson; Aunts- Susan Johnson, Paula Rumbold; Niece- Rylee Larkin.
Those surviving him are Grandmother-Anna Dean; Parents- Dennis & Karen Johnson, Adrienne & Gary Giles; Sisters – Caitlin & Mitchell Larkin, Amirina & Jason Galyardt and their children Alexia & Xavier, Jessica Charity & Dru Saddler and their children Serinity & Isa, Julie and Josh Sullivan and their children Emilyn & Lindley, Jennifer & Ben their children Justin and Krysten; Brother- Joel & Diana Giles and their children Daniel and TJ & Megan and their children Carter and Noah; Aunts and Uncles - Brad & Sherri Johnson, Kimberly Williams, Dawn Johnson, David Rumbold, as well as many special cousins, relatives, friends & loved ones.
The family will hold a visitation at First Baptist Church of Oak Ridge on Saturday August 17, 2024 from 4:00PM - 5:00PM with a memorial service to follow at 5:00PM.
In lieu of flower please make donations to First Baptist Church of Oak Ridge Children's Ministries or Agape Center.

My heart aches for you all with this loss. Travis was a young child when I come to know him. He was his dad's buddy who thought and spoke a lot about him. He was loved, life as know has taken a turn leaving you all with great sorrow but, special memories to cherish. May God wrap his loving arms around you all during this time. Paryers...........

I am saddened to hear this news. Gone too soon but in a place where there is no more pain.
I will be out of town and will sadly miss getting to see the family in the 17th. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Travis at Eagle Bend and I would see him he always smiled and I love the color pink and we would joke about him making me a pink car for my book cover will be missed
