Travis Thrash Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Stroud Funeral Home on Oct. 30, 2025.
Travis Wayne Thrash, 71, of Angleton, Texas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. He was born on February 5, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas.

Travis lived a life full of heart, humor, and devotion to those he loved the most. He was a proud father to his three daughters - Tonya Marie Barina of Seguin, Christina Joyce Thrash of Buda, and Brittany Hope Thrash of Houston. His greatest joy came from being "Grandpa" to his beloved grandchildren, Eric Wayne and Emma Grace Reyes, with whom he shared countless laughs, stories, and adventures.

Travis will be remembered for his generous spirit, his devotion of 40 years to BASF, and his passion for spending time outdoors, telling stories from his younger days, or simply enjoying good company; he lived each day with warmth and authenticity.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 6:30 p.m., at Stroud Funeral Home in Clute, Texas. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Travis's life and the love he shared with so many.

Though he has left this world, the memory of Travis's kindness and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
