Tres passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at his residence in Malden, MO surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was a beacon of love, light and hope for 21 years, 6 months and 6 days. He will continue to educate, inspire and pave the way long into the future.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Brandy Johnson of Malden; his father, Joshua Johnson of Bernie, MO; 2 brother, Trenton Johnson and Nicholas Johnson (Megan) both of Bernie; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Mekan (John Rhoads) of Bloomfield, MO; maternal grandfather, Kenton Mekan of Bernie; paternal grandparents, Bryan and Delia Johnson of Campbell, MO; great grandmother, Imogene Ray of Bloomfield, MO great grandfather, Gene Mekan of Bernie and a host of other relatives and friends.
Tres had a special relationship with his loyal companions, his dogs, Zuko, Leo, Crow and Murphy. His dog, Yuea, who preceded him, was there to welcome him home.
Tres will be greatly missed by all who loved him. The family will honor Tres' legacy with a private memorial.
