Mike,
I am sorry that I did not know how sick your wife was... My wife went thru 2 years of chemo with liver disease, a horrible "treatment" but so far, so good. Until she is symptom free 10 years, there are no guarantees. Lost my son in law to cancer...we think of him every day. The good lives on in the memories of all the family. I hope you are ok.

Treva Jo....
Part little girl who loved "girly girl" things, part tomboy who could "take on" the boys. A lightning bolt for practical jokes, silly songs and cheering for her kids and others. A beautiful woman who loved her family and showed how to fight with courage and conviction. A doting daughter who respected those traditions which came before her, and formulated many to pass along to her own children. A lover of animals, good people and fun. I will miss you, sweet girl. You were a tribute to youth with passions and hope for the future and a builder of memories for the past.

I am so sorry for the loss of Treva. I have been gone from the Decatur area for 30 years and did not know her as a adult. Although we were rivals over a boy in high school. I wish I could sit down with her and have a good laugh over some to the things we did to each other. From what I have learned she was a wonderful person that loved life and her family. Again I am so sorry.
