Trevor D. Bridgeford Jr., age 55, of Eaton, OH passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. He was born August 20, 1967 in Hamilton, OH to Charlene Bridgeford and the late Trevor Bridgeford, Sr. Trevor was baptized at the age of 19 at Taylor’s Grove Baptist Church in Somerville; and was in the ministry for 30 years, pastoring 14 of those years at First Southern Baptist Church in Camden. He was an avid Ohio State football and Cincinnati Bengals fan. Trevor touched many people’s lives and was a friend to everyone he knew; and most of all he dearly loved all of his family. He is survived by his mother Charlene Bridgeford of Camden; daughter Andrea (Alex) Johnston of Kettering; son Matthew Bridgeford of Eaton; brothers Lonnie (Kim) Bridgeford of Camden, Mathew (Rachel) Bridgeford of Hamilton and Jeff (Julie) Bridgeford of Oxford; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the First Southern Baptist Church, 35 N. Liberty Street, Camden, OH 45311. Funeral service for Trevor will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the church with Pastor Greg Jackson and Pastor Jeff Bridgeford officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, OH. Gard Funeral Home, Eaton is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association. Online condolences and other remembrances may be sent to the family by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
