Tristan Garrett Stone, 23, of Anderson, died Thursday, July 18, 2024, at AnMed Medical Center in Anderson. He was born January 16, 2001, in Portsmouth, VA to Joseph Stone and Becki Craig.
Tristan was a remarkable young man who touched the lives of many through his work and interests. A 2019 graduate of Wren High School, he furthered his education at Tri-County Tech with an associate degree in Mechatronics and HVAC systems in 2023. Tristan’s commitment to his profession was evident in his role with the Anderson Regional Joint Water System. He proudly served his country in United States Marine Corps. Tristan found joy in serving his community as a volunteer fireman with the Hopewell Volunteer Fire Department. He was a member of Little Mountain Presbyterian Church. Friends and family will always remember him for his kind spirit, unwavering dedication and love for those around him.
Tristan is survived by his parents, Joseph Stone and Becki Craig of Anderson; girlfriend, Megan Johnson of Anderson; grandparents, Donnie and JoAnn Stone of Abbeville and Wayne and Peggy Craig of Piedmont; aunt, Tracy Bright (Shane) of Pelzer; uncle, Don Stone (Erin) of Abbeville; and cousins, Nikki Bright and Ella Stone.
Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Monday, July 22, 2024, at Little Mountain Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tony Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in memory of Tristan, may be made to Hopewell Fire Department Station 20, 2850 Concord Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or a charity of your choice.
