Troy Van Adcox was born in Winchester, Tennessee on December 31, 1968 to Jake Thomas Shutters and Mary Sutton.
He loved Fishing, Hunting and Being outdoors.
Troy was a member of Baptist Church.
Survivals include his brother Jake Shutters and wife Michelle from Estill Springs, Tennessee, Sister Cynthia Nelsin and husband Jr from Winchester, Tennessee.
Several nieces and nephews.
He is Preceded in death by his parents Jake Thomas Shutters, Mary Sutton and his sister Mary Wilson.
