Troy Wayne Johnson, 62, of Hallsville, TX, departed his earthly home to join his eternal Lord and Savior, on November 16th, 2025.

He was born April 26, 1963, in Arlington, TX at Carswell Air Force Base, to Murley Johnson, Jr. and Sherry J. Johnson. He was a graduate of McCullough High School, The Woodlands, TX.

Troy attended Cross Brand Cowboy Church for 22 years.

He was a Director of Information Technologies at Community HealthCore for 29 years. Troy was skilled in agriculture mechanics and health care industries. Troy held memberships with USBC and TX Farm Bureau. He enjoyed raising cattle. Troy was passionate about faith, agriculture, youth programs, road trips, bowling, friends and helping others but his love for his faith and family remained the center of his life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, co-worker and friend.

Those left to cherish his memories are his devoted and beloved wife of 42 years, Beverly A. Johnson; son, Shane J. Johnson, of Hallsville, TX (Sara Brown, WV); daughter, Shannon L. Rachal (Alex D. Rachal) and his cherished grandchildren, Landon L. Rachal, Lillie L. Rachal, and Logan L. Rachal of Hallsville, TX; his surviving parents Murley and Sherry (Reynolds) Johnson, brother, David D. Johnson of Longview, TX, and along with numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Rader Funeral Home in Longview, TX.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Rader Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Blumm officiating, graveside service to follow at the Memory Park Cemetery in Longview, TX.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Memory of Troy W. Johnson to Hallsville FFA and Community HealthCore Foundation.

Those serving as pallbearers include: his son, Shane J. Johnson, son-in-law Alex D. Rachal, grandson, Landon L. Rachal, brother-in-law: Jeff A. Baker, special friends: Jason Powell, Jake Azbell, Hunter Williams, and Tom Suess; Honorary pallbearers include: his father, Murley Johnson, Jr., brother, David D. Johnson, and father-in-law, George C. Baker.
