Troy Maull Obituary
Troy Anthony "Tricky Troy" Maull, son of the late Edith (Eddie Bug) Maull and the late Albert Tankard, along with stepfather, the late Willis Bundick, was born in Lewes, DE on September 29, 1964. On Wednesday, March 4, 2024, Troy departed this life unexpectantly at the age of 59, at Beebe Medical Center.
Troy graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 1983. He was a great athlete and loved sports, notably baseball and basketball, and was awarded "Athlete of The Year" in 1980. Troy was an avid Dallas Cowboy's football fan. Over the years, Troy was employed for the City of Lewes, the Rehoboth Beach Country Club, and two waste management companies.
Troy's smile and fun-loving personality was infectious. Those who knew him couldn't help but to be happy, as he was always joking and bringing joy and laughter to many. During the summer months, Troy would spend countless hours crabbing and fishing at nearby rivers with his family and friends. Other hobbies included dancing, playing slots at the casinos, and hanging out with his friends. Troy loved his children and grandchildren, and was a mentor to nephews, Donyell (Gator) Maull and Donald (Cheese) Maull.
In addition to his parents and stepfather, Troy was preceded in death by his siblings, Alberta McHellen and Brenda Parson. He is survived by his children, Troy Maull Jr., Asia Brittingham, and Sean Harris; three grandchildren, Mya Maull, India Jones, Cali Jones; five siblings, Belinda (Lucy) Maull, Willis J. Maull, Bill Gibbs, Stanley Glasgow and Bessie Mae Kellam; and two aunts, Mary E. Miller Paschal and Helen Miller, one godson, Randy Brittingham as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
