Tyler Lee Adams, 25 of Connellsville died on Saturday August 9, 2025 in. He was born on March 6, 2000 a son of the late Kory Ray Adams. He is survived by sister, Tesla Adams of Connellsville; brother, Dylan Adams and wife Cheyenne of South Connellsville; sister, Haley Adams of South Connellsville; nephews, Braxton Adams, Xander Johnston; niece Aria Johnston; a special aunt, who took care of Tyler, Annie ( Lea) Upton of Newell; step mother, Tammy Upton of Connellsville; several cousins who loved and cherished him; uncles, Brian Adams of Connellsville, James Campbell and wife Jessica of Connellsville, Douglas Adams of Connellsville; great uncle, John Campbell, Sr. of Connellsville. He was preceded in death by his father, Kory Ray Adams; grandparents, Floyd Banks Douglas "Doug" Campbell and Trula Adams. There will no public viewing or services.
