Tyler Justin Blakeley, 39, of Ogden, Utah, passed away May 30, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1985, to Rodney and Sue Blakeley. He was the youngest of four children.
Tyler was always willing to help anyone that his path crossed. One of his favorite sayings was, "I'm not racist, I hate everyone equally!" That is one of the furthest things from the truth as he would've given the shirt off of his back to help a stranger in need. Tyler was the life of the party and will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
Tyler is survived by his wife, Sarah Pont, and daughter Elora Ann. He is also survived by his mother, Sue Blakeley, sisters Christine Owens and Patricia Lee, and brother Joseph Lee, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Blakeley, best friend Grant Marsh, and the bestest boy, Rowdy. What a reunion that was!
The family would like to thank the staff at McKay Dee Hospital and LDS Hospital with special thanks to Shannon and Owen. Your kindness and devotion will not be forgotten.
In true Tyler fashion, there will be no services. He requested we "have a party and celebrate him"! Time, date, and location are to be determined.
