Valerie Jenkins Obituary
She was the loving mother of and is survived by Carol (Dave) Bricker, Pam (Mike (deceased) Kaercher and David Jenkins. She leaves behind 7 Grand Children and 9 Great Grandchildren also her loving sisters Doreen Jenkins and Christine Pullen and many beloved nieces and nephews and her goddaughter (Sue).
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Muriel, her brother Raymond and her son in law Mike.
Valerie grew up in Limeslade, Wales. She and her husband Trevor Graham Jenkins immigrated to Canada in the early 1950's and then to the US in 1965. They became naturalized citizens in 1974 after moving to Shawnee, Kansas. Valerie spent her final years enjoying the sunshine state of Florida and her much loved beaches.
Valerie LOVED her family, playing cards and Rummikub with her dear friends, her faith in God and being at the beach watching the ocean.
A celebration of life has not yet been planned.
