Valerie A. Tincknell

Valerie Ann (Harden) Tincknell entered eternal life on December 4, 2025, at her home in Prescott, MI. She was born on October 28, 1949, to Merlin and Eleanor (Hollenbeck) Harden in Auburn Heights, MI. After graduating from Rochester High School Valerie lived and worked in Pontiac for 37 years. She married the love of her life Keith Tincknell on December 3, 1977. She worked as an assembler for Parke-Davis. Valerie and Keith relocated to Prescott, MI. in2006
Valerie was gifted with a beautiful singing voice and was a long-time member of the Sweet Adelines and Northern Blend Chorus.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Keith, brother Gene Harden of West Branch, MI, sister Connie (John) Philips, brother in law Bruce (Flossie) Tincknell, nephews; Tony (Alice) Phillips, Mike (Cathy) Krupp, Tim (Brenda) Harden, Dan (Melody) Tincknell, nieces; Shannon (Tom) Amyotte, Angela (James) Orfield, Megan and Martin, Tracy and Frederick, and Kaitlyn Tincknell.
Family will welcome friends for a time of visitation on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Buresh Funeral Home in Prescott, MI. An additional time of visitation will be held Monday, December 15, 2025, at Faith Lutheran Church in Prescott, MI starting at 10:00am and concluding at the time of service at 11:00 am.
