Vallie L. Patterson, age 90 of Sachse, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 25, 2025. She was born July 24, 1935 in Winnsboro, Texas to Annie and Dewey Romine. Vallie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, David L. Patterson and son Michael Patterson.
Vallie is survived by her son, Mark Patterson, daughter Sharon Patterson Pryor and son-in-law Byron Pryor. Grandchildren Brandt and Jeremy and wife Calli. Great Grandchildren Lilyanna and Zelda.
Vallie's proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren who meant the world to her.
She loved all people, especially children and was a faithful servant that taught Sunday School for many years at Southside Assembly of God Church.
She was loved by all that met her and she was a very compassionate and caring person. That trait was especially displayed when she left her career as an Electronic Manager to take care of her husband who became ill and passed away later. Jesus was always the center of her life and she always went above and beyond to show others what living Christlike was all about.
Her passing leaves a void in her family's hearts and she will be truly missed by her family and friends.
