Vanessa Diggs Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory on Aug. 26, 2021.
Vanessa Diggs, 60, Indianapolis, passed away suddenly August 26, 2021. Vanessa was born August 7, 1961, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Lester Turley and Nina (Estep) Wray.
She graduated from Ben Davis High School and soon after became the loving mother of two daughters, Crystal and Amber. Charged with an incredible work ethic, Vanessa was employed in housekeeping with various hotels and as the housekeeping lead at St. Vincent Hospital through Aramark. Most recently, she enjoyed being an independent distributor of Little Debbie Snack Cakes for McKee Foods. When not at work, Vanessa could be found tending to her flower gardens and caring for her family. She loved being a grandma and seeing to it that her grandchildren were never in need or want. Her thoughtfulness, selflessness, and her huge heart will be forever cherished by her loving family and friends. Vanessa also enjoyed traveling and spending time on any beach, but was especially fond of Cabo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Gary Turley and Kim Turley.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Diggs; children, Crystal (Justin) Keeton and Amber (A.J.) Graves, Matt Diggs, and Sara Diggs; brother, Steve (Jill) Turley; grandchildren, Collin, Alexander, Allison, Marlee, and Finnley.
